CELTIC, Central Europe. Helvetii. Late 2nd - early 1st century BC. 1/4 Stater (Silver, 12 mm, 1.92 g, 1 h), imitating Philip II of Macedon. Celticized head of Apollo to right. Rev. Charioteer in biga to right. Allen pl. 8, 24 (same dies). Dembski 312 (same dies). SLM 403. Rare. Minor marks on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
